Current branch services

Additional in-person services, such as browsing and use of public computers by appointment are now offered at twenty (20) branches, during new hours of operation. See the list of branches offering additional in-person services.

The Rosemount Temporary Location and Metcalfe Village branch offer a contactless returns and holds pickup service. As of Wednesday, Sept. 9, appointments are no longer required to pick up holds at these locations. Learn more about returns and holds pickup at these branches.

The Bookmobile is now offering a contactless returns and holds pickup service at 10 stops, with a modified schedule. Learn more about the Bookmobile' schedule.

Masks are required to be worn inside Ottawa Public Library branches, as per the Temporary Mandatory Mask By-law.
