Cassie Love, Essential Movement Specialist, will demonstrate exercises to improve neck and shoulder muscles. We will cover disk degeneration in the cervical spine and hyperkyphosis (hunchback).
Cassie’s Restorative Exercise series features exercise and postural adjustments that promote good movement habits to strengthen the body, promote balance, develop better bone density, and foster natural pain relief. It provides practical tools to combat both the effects of aging in general, as well as everyday ailments that we all deal with.
Cassie Love is an Essential Movement Specialist. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) who has taught professionally since 2011. She completed the two-year program Nutritious Movement™ certified Restorative Exercise Specialist.
