Yoga and Mindfulness for Teens

Through this yoga and mindfulness program, you will discover tools and techniques to help you manage the stresses of everyday life. You will learn how to cope better with these difficult times and foster a sense of community through yoga poses, breathing exercises, mindfulness activities.

All levels of experience are welcome. No experience necessary. No registration required. Drop in and join us on Zoom every Wednesday at 4 :00pm.
