Cassie’s Restorative Exercise series features exercise and postural adjustments that promote good movement habits to strengthen the body, promote balance, develop better bone density, and foster natural pain relief. It provides practical tools to combat both the effects of aging in general, as well as everyday ailments that we all deal with.
Cassie Love is an Essential Movement Specialist. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) who has taught professionally since 2011. She completed the two-year program Nutritious Movement™ certified Restorative Exercise Specialist.
Cassie will offer Restorative Exercises classes for various different parts of the body every Friday at 10 am in October. Join us for them all!
