Grilling and Smoking in November you say? Why not in these crazy times!
Join Steph Legari the Grilling Gourmet for an entertaining and mouthwatering evening as he shares his expertise. Steph will demonstrate proper seasoning techniques as well as flavour enhancers. He’ll be demonstrating cost effective ways to prepare amazing side dishes and appetizers for limited budgets. Not all food has to be expensive, and in these difficult times it's good to make the hard-earned dollars stretch. He’ll give tips on tougher, less expensive cuts of meat and techniques to tenderize and make them a succulent and tender offering. A few dishes he will cover will include vegan chili with roasted whole kernel corn bread; and brined, injected and roasted turkey. Join us!
