Celebrate Family Literacy Day 2024 with Honorary Chair Barbara Reid (virtual presenter)!

Barbara will be doing a demonstration on how to use clay to create a picture. She will share unique techniques you can use to make different things. The event is pre-recorded and will be viewed in branch as we follow along to create our own works of art using clay. Material will be provided. Ages 6-12.

Celebrate Family Literacy Day 2024 renowned author and artist Barbara Reid!

Barbara will show you her unique techniques in using clay to create an illustration, as she does in her books.

We will provide the clay and tools for you to create your own clay illustrations. 

The event is pre-recorded and will be viewed on the big screen at the library as we follow along to create our own works of art using clay.
