We will be making woven paper heart pouches to store treats or messages in for Valentine’s day! All materials will be provided.
Join us for a relaxing afternoon, with a craft and a cup of tea. All supplies will be provided. All skill levels welcome. In this session, we will be making a heart-themed craft, perfect for Valentine's Day.
Discover the fun of sewing by hand and finish simple sewing projects in this 3-part program. For ages 9-12.

This is a group for people who love to write.
Participants meet every second Saturday to discuss all things writing, whether it be highlighting their work, exchanging feedback or above all else, sharing their passion for the craft. Practitioners from all skill levels and writing genres are welcome.
Registration preferred. Drop-ins are welcome.
Welcome some poultry from the Canada Agriculture and Food Museum into your library visit! Listen to
them cluck and coo, touch their soft feathers and watch them scratch and peck. Through fun
educational activities, participants explore the characteristics, needs and lifecycle of these barnyard
favourites. Family program for ages 4+. Register online.
Learn how Barbara Reid uses clay to create the illustrations in her books. We’ll provide the clay and tools for you to create your own illustrations.

Teen Volunteers share their Social Media knowledge with older Adult in a two-on-one setting.
Areas of technology help will focus on user’s personal account use by initial setting up of the accounts and how use the site:

Come and discover the journey of the author and comic book writer Éric Péladeau, judge of the Awesome Authors youth writing contest. You will learn the steps followed to create a comic book and what it takes to become a comic book artist. He will also give you a few tips on how to create an exciting comic strip. Ages 9 and up.
