    Attend the second workshop of our "Ottawa Wildflower Seed Library (OWSL) Presents..." series.
    During this workshop, we will discuss different types of pollinators/wildlife and how they have evolved with native plants to be their pollination and distribution systems. We will also examine factors to be considered when choosing plants for your personal garden, ensuring plant selection for the conditions you have.

    Examples of simple plans/combinations will be provided. 

    Materials will be available for clients to sketch out plans for their yard.

    Date: Tuesday, September 24 from 6 pm - 7 pm.

    Join us for gardening club! Learn how to start seedlings and gather information on the best way to start your garden from fellow gardeners. Come for coffee, tea, great gardening conversations and free resources to start your garden along with the opportunity to share and swap seeds and plants. All are welcome, and no experience necessary!

    Come into the Richmond branch to pick up a mini pumpkin to take home and decorate as your favourite book character.  
     

    Return the decorated pumpkin to the branch by October 26th where they will be displayed for the community to enjoy and a winner will be selected and contacted.
