This year, May the 4th is both Free Comic Book Day AND Star Wars Day! Stupendous!!
While comic books are always free at the library (as long as you return them on their due date, of course), we also want to celebrate this occasion. So join us this morning at the library for some geeky (and family friendly) arts and crafts:
- Superhero themed face painting (10:30 am to noon)
- Star Wars themed colouring and crafts (10:30 to 1PM)
- Make your own button with comic book art (10:30 to 1PM)
- Draw your own comic - and make copies to exchange with friends!
Bonus points for anyone who shows up in costume or cosplay!!

Have you ever wondered what it was like to live in Ireland? Are you interested in having a penpal abroad? If so then this program is for you! Please join us on Saturday May 4 or Saturday May 11 at 11:30 (30 min) in the meeting room to be matched with an Irish penpal and to create a letter!
