Are you looking for work? Unemployed or underemployed? Drop in to meet one-on-one with an Employment Counsellor from the Pinecrest-Queensway Employment Services team. 

This program runs every second Tuesday from 1:00-3:00 at the Stittsville Branch. Please click on "View Full Schedule" to see the list of upcoming Tuesdays. Any changes to the schedule will be reflected on this program listing.

Speak, in person, with a Public Health Nurse to get support around infant feeding and parenting. No appointment is necessary, simply drop in during these hours. Learn ways to help your child eat healthy and be active Make sure your child is on track with their growth and development. In partnership with Ottawa Public Health.

This event will be rescheduled for the fall of 2024.  There was a lot of interest, but not enough registration at this time.

Join us at Rockcliffe Park for a new program and unique opportunity to experience George Orwell's classic book "Animal Farm".

In a group setting moderated by playwright and teacher Maeve Damico, participants will select one of 16 characters from Animal Farm.  Together the group will read their lines to experience the story in a new way.  The script will be sent in advance after registration.

This is not about acting or public speaking. In fact, no experience or rehearsals are necessary.  It is a 2 hour event, including a break. 

Adult.  English. Registration is required as there is limited space.
