  • National Indigenous History Month

    In this workshop, participants will learn about the Mohawk language and the history behind it. They will learn this by looking at the Mohawk alphabet and using it to pronounce the words correctly. By doing this we are able to teach the uniqueness of indigenous languages

    Take a trip through a life-sized Candy Land game at the library. You will become the game piece as you follow the rainbow path through a magical land of sweet surprises on your way to King Kandy’s Castle.

As they explore these questions through games and investigations, kids can enjoy a face-to-face visit with a rabbit, and pet its soft fur through this program with the Canada Agriculture and Food Museum. Family program for ages 4+.
