Some in-branch programs require registration with your library card. Please log in with your library account or follow this link to apply for a card online. You can also apply for a card in person at any of our 33 locations.

    Learn the basics of using a sewing machine and craft your very first project: a drawstring bag. This two-hour session will take you through the steps of setting up, threading, and using a sewing machine. Registration limited to 5 spaces.

    Who knows where your creativity will lead you? We will talk about constellations, and you will learn how to sew your name in the stars!

    (We will be using plastic needles. Other craft options will be offered for children with low motricity skills).

    In English, with bilingual staff present.

    Drop-in. For children aged 7-9 years old.

    Our Knit & Knatter Club ladies will be available to teach anyone how to knit or crochet.

    We will provide yarn, needles, and crochet hooks – or bring your own!

    For ages 6 -17. Registration is required.

    We will be making our very own galaxy suncatcher using melted crayon shavings.
