The Madrigals live hidden in the mountains of Colombia, in a magical house, in a vibrant town, in a wondrous, charmed place called Encanto. The magic of the Encanto has blessed every child in the family with a unique gift from super strength to the power to heal, every child except one, Mirabel. But when she discovers that the magic surrounding the Encanto is in danger, Mirabel decides that she, the only ordinary Madrigal, might just be her exceptional family's last hope.

Learn the basics of using a sewing machine (including safety) and sew your own book bag to keep! This program consists of four sessions over a two month period. *You must be able to commit to all four sessions.* All supplies will be provided. Required skills: • Ability to follow instructions, to work independently, and to wait patiently for assistance when needed • Can safely use sewing implements with minimal supervision (needles, seam rippers, and sharp scissors) Ages 9-12 years old.
